About Lack Font
Lack is a geometric sans serif typeface designed by Adrien Midzic, a french type, and graphic designer. Adrien began the Lack font project in 2012 when Rio Nebulane, a band of electronic music, commissioned him to design their first album cover. Initially, this font was inspired by hieroglyphics. However, when people are concerned about legibility, the designer converts this font from hieroglyphs into a custom font. Adrien published this font with the help of Velvetyne Type Foundry as an open font license in 2013.
Lack is a great display font, but it also performs well in a variety of text sizes. There are four styles in the Lack font family (Regular, Italic, Line, Line Italic). Two versions of uppercase stylistic alternates (O.V.N.I-I and O.V.N.I-II) and a set of lowercase alternates are included in 2016.
